Replaced screens in 5 days!!! 5 days!!! I can’t wait to see it.  I’m really proud of what I did and hope I still feel that way in 6 days.

My episode of Terriers is on Amazon!

John on Terriers

My episode of Terriers, Agua Caliente, is now available on Amazon and Netflix! Happy Holidays! It was a thrill to work with the likes of Donal Logue and Rockmond Dunbar. What can I say? I do stoned really well. :)

Remember the Netflix/Qwikster Debacle? Enter: The Qwiksicle Saga

Screen shot 2011-12-20 at 11.10.38 PM

Check out this hilarious video featuring moi as Netflix CEO Reed Hastings. Remember the Netflix/Qwikster debacle? First, they raised the prices. Then, they came up a goobery name like Qwikster for their “new” DVD-only service. How would you explain this to a 5 year old?

Wicked Lit is back!… and scarier than ever!

The Unnamable

We’re back and better than ever.  If you haven’t seen it yet, you have one week left.  Hurry to the Wicked Lit website for last minute deals before it’s completely sold out!

The reviews are in.

“Michael Prichard, as Howard, and John T. Cogan, as Joel, have incredible energy and projection, as they stagger around real headstones in the darkness. There are lots of scares and some chuckles, too.” (Click here to read the rest of this review from The Signal.)

against a wall

I just noticed this article from producer Allison Vanore, and wanted to include it. This is a web series I will be working on called, Replaced. Check out her link below. You can go to Indie Go Go and help fund it. Sweet!!!

John T. Cogan as Jesse Sinclair

Alex leads a fugitive case and crosses paths with a former geneticist, but now convicted felon Jesse Sinclair (John T. Cogan), who was once an integral part of the plot against Alex, but has now been cast out of the organization, discredited and humiliated in front of his former peers.

My episode of Terriers

John on Terriers

My episode of Terriers is available to view on Hulu now. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out here. I’ve set it up so you go straight to my scene :) , but you should probably watch the whole thing. You may have to log in to Hulu to see it because there are some dirty words so they verify. If you have trouble with the video below, you can always click here to see it at Hulu.

***Update***

Terriers has been removed from Hulu and is now available on Netflix Streaming. Go check it out, episode 8. You can also see my clip below. Enjoy :)

The Reviews are in & the Shows are SOLD OUT!

John T. Cogan in "The Unnamable"

The reviews are in for Wicked Lit, and it appears we have a hit on our hands. After being open for only two days, the remainder of the shows have sold out. I was honestly flabbergasted. It’s pretty hard to sell out theatre in LA. Most of my friends and family were not able to get tickets because they went so quick. This has honestly been one of my favorite theatrical experiences in a long time. If you do have tickets, be prepared. We roll rain, or shine, and you roll right along with us. :) I’m not saying you’ll be scared… but the entire cemetery is wired for sound, and it’s pretty easy to get caught up in the moment when a scary beast is popping up right behind you. The show runs through 10/31.

From Wicked Lit

Wicked Lit: A Halloween Theatre Festival

I’m about to begin rehearsals for a theatre festival coming up in October, called Wicked Lit.
The Unammable

I will be playing the part of Joel, in The Unammable by H.P. Lovecraft. The show promises to be amazing, and fully immersive. In stead of being set on a normal stage, the audience will follow me and Howard (Michael Prichard) as we run through a cemetery looking for clues that could help end a family curse. Get your tickets now! They sold out at the festival last year.

Trailer For My New Film, Encanto Road

I can’t wait to see/show the finished product. Enjoy!!!

Terriers: Agua Caliente

Just finished filming an episode of the upcoming series Terriers. You will see yours truly as the stoned security guard.  Will you see me roll the joint, or no?  That is the questio… up to the editors really, not my call. In all seriousness, it looks like it will be a fantastic show.
